Application Guidelines

When to Apply

Spring Cycle:
    Letters of Interest Open: March 1st.
    Letters of Interest Due: Last Friday of March
    Full Proposals Due: First Wednesday of May

Fall Cycle:
    Letters of Interest Due: Last Friday of September
    Full Proposals Due: First Wednesday of November

Application Instructions

1. All applicants must fill out a letter of interest by the Spring or Fall due date. (It does not matter if you have applied in the past.)

2. Applicants will receive a notification whether they will be asked to submit a proposal at least two weeks prior to the Spring or Fall proposal due date.

3. If your organization’s LOI or proposal has been denied, please wait a year before re-applying.
